1974 JAGUAR E TYPE V12 ROADSTER

SOLD

This is the last year for E Types in the United States, having been first introduced in 1961. This E Type is an outstanding example of an original survivor that is a correct original car. The frame rails, the underside of the bonnet and the trunk area are all in excellent original condition with no signs of having had any damage or repair work. The paint, we believe for the most part, is probably original, with only minor touch up at some point in its 36 year career. Cars in this condition were once plentiful, today that is not the case and if you enjoy originality you’ll love this car. Mileage indicated is only 17,300 and this has been represented as original by the two previous owners. In our experience and opinion the car shows like it is highly probable that it is genuine. The radio is an AM/FMm push button unit, in keeping with the era of the car. Powered by the V12 engine coupled to the very desirable 4-speed gearbox. It has chrome wheels, power steering and power disc brakes on all 4 wheels. Finished in the original colour combination of Fern Grey with Olive Green Connelly leather interior and a Black original style convertible top.
